A Christmas-light installer with no ad budget needed jobs before the season. We wired tracking into their site, posted to the local Facebook groups their customers already sit in, and put every lead on a dashboard that shows which post it came from. Below are the real numbers, and what it costs to run the same system for your business.
This is the Channels view from their live dashboard on 21 September, one number per column. Nothing is estimated. Visits and quote starts come from tracking on the site; leads are people who left a name and number.

Leads came from Manhattan, Wamego and Junction City, Kansas. The client sees the name, phone, what they asked for, and the exact group and post that brought them in.
Most local businesses only ever do one of these, usually the posting, and never find out what worked. The system is the four together.
We join the buy-sell-trade, neighborhood and small-business groups in your service area and post where the rules allow it. Real photos of your work, plain captions, a tracked link. 15 to 20 groups a week, on a schedule.
Tracking goes on your existing site, or we build one in 1 to 3 days. Each post carries its own link, so when someone fills the quote form or taps to call, we know which group and which post did it.
You log in and see leads, quote starts and visitors per channel, plus every post that went out and what came back. Mark leads booked or won and the dashboard shows revenue per channel.
A refer-and-earn page gives your customers a personal QR code and link. Booking clicks are tracked too, so the loop closes: post, visit, quote, booked, referred.
Plus a one-time $1,499 setup for the tracking, dashboard and group research. No ad spend required. Month to month after the first 60 days.
Book a 15-minute call Or email gkwallace531@gmail.comDepends on the group. Some are buy-sell-trade only and ban services; we skip those. Community, neighborhood and small-business groups usually allow it, and many have a weekly promo thread. We read the rules before we post, and posts that get removed are logged so we do not repeat the mistake.
No. If your site can take a script tag, we add tracking and a quote form to it. If it cannot, or you do not have one, we build a one-page site in 1 to 3 days and the tracking is already in it.
Anything local that people ask their neighbors about: lighting, detailing, tint, plumbing, HVAC, roofing, painting, cleaning, landscaping, electrical. If your customers are homeowners in a 40-mile radius, they are in these groups.
Setup takes about a week, mostly waiting on group approvals. The All-American Lights numbers above are from the first 14 days of posting. Lead volume depends on your market and season; we tell you what to expect on the call, not after.
We do, from your business page or a profile you give us access to, as a member of each group. You approve the photos and the caption angles once; after that it runs on a schedule and you see everything in the outreach log.
You will know within 30 days, because the dashboard does not lie. If posts are going out and visitors are not converting, we fix the offer or the site first. If the groups simply are not there, we say so and you stop paying.
Bring the name of your business and the towns you serve. We will pull up the groups in your area on the call and tell you honestly whether this is worth doing.
